Richard L. Chilton, Jr. is the founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Chilton Trust Company, which in April 2012 was the first company in eight years to be awarded a trust charter in Florida. Mr. Chilton also serves as the Chairman, CEO and Chief Investment Officer – Equities of Chilton Investment Services and is the founder, Chairman, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Chilton Investment Company.
Since founding Chilton Investment Company in 1992, Mr. Chilton has built a team of investment professionals focused on building wealth in favorable markets and preserving capital in declining markets. Under Mr. Chilton’s leadership, Chilton Investment Company has developed an investment approach committed to fundamental, bottom-up stock selection and disciplined portfolio management.
Prior to forming Chilton Investment Company, Mr. Chilton was a managing director of Allen Value Incorporated and a vice president and equity portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management Corporation. Mr. Chilton began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch and Company.
Mr. Chilton is a trustee of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and a trustee of the Classic American Homes Preservation Trust, both located in New York.
Mr. Chilton received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Alfred University.
Garrison duP. Lickle is President & CEO of Chilton Trust Company with over 35 years of experience in the fiduciary wealth management field. Mr. Lickle began his career as a trusts and estates attorney with Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts (now known as Pillsbury Winthrop), where he was the Managing Partner in the Palm Beach office, and was later a partner of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., in Palm Beach. In 1999, he joined U.S. Trust Company of Florida as President where he later became Chairman and CEO. Most recently, Mr. Lickle was Regional President of Lehman Brothers Trust Company and a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers and Neuberger Berman. After the Barclays acquisition of Lehman Brothers, he was a Managing Director of Barclays Wealth.
Mr. Lickle graduated from The Choate School, received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Rollins College, his J.D. from the University of Richmond, and is a member of the Florida Bar. Mr. Lickle is a Director of The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts where he also serves as a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Lickle previously held the positions as a member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a Director of the Palm Beach Civic Association and former Secretary Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. He also serves as a board member of The Everglades Foundation and is a member of The Cleveland Clinic Heart Center Leadership Council in Cleveland (OH) and Weston (FL). Mr. Lickle is a founding member of the Massachusetts General Hospital Leadership Council on Psychiatry and a former member of the Board of Governors at the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults in Palm Beach. Mr. Lickle is a past Chairman of the Town of Palm Beach Shore Protection Board.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Horan is a specialist in fixed income investing, ranging from municipal and US taxable securities to international bonds and currencies. He leads a team of nine professionals managing client assets across a variety of strategies including intermediate liquidity, tax-advantaged, taxable, international and global.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Horan was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and served as Chief Investment Officer of MSSB’s Fixed Income Investment Advisers, providing customized portfolio management to ultra-high net worth private clients, charities, endowments, foundations, and family offices, primarily in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. Earlier, Mr. Horan led Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Fixed Income business in London serving European, Middle Eastern and Swiss private bank clients. Mr. Horan also served on the Morgan Stanley Global Asset Allocation Committee.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Horan was Director of International Fixed Income at Lord Abbett & Co. He also held senior management positions in fixed income and foreign exchange portfolio management at Credit Suisse, Aubrey G. Lanston & Company, Inc. and Bankers Trust. At Bankers Trust, he helped pioneer the fixed income risk management frameworks. Mr. Horan began his career at the Federal Reserve. During the Volcker years, he was an Economist in the Sovereign Debt Unit at the New York Fed, working on the debt restructuring of Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Following the Plaza Accord, he also served as a foreign exchange trader for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Mr. Horan earned an AB with honors in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton-Sloan Program. He was an Andrew Mutch Scholar in Economics and Politics at the University of Edinburgh and holds a post graduate law degree from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Thouron Scholar.
Jennifer L. Foster is Co-Chief Investment Officer – Equities and is an equity specialist who has worked at Chilton Investment Company for over 20 years. Prior to taking on her role as Portfolio Manager in September 2012, Ms. Foster served as Chilton Investment Company’s Director of Research for seven years. She also serves on the Chilton Investment Company Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors, and Executive Board. Preceding her tenure as Director of Research, Ms. Foster served for seven years as an equity analyst at Chilton covering the Software and Technology sectors. Before joining Chilton, Ms. Foster worked at GE Capital as a financial analyst in several divisions of the company including commercial finance, commercial real estate, equipment leasing and corporate planning. Ms. Foster graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English from Boston College and earned an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. She is a current trustee of St. Luke’s School and the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation.
Ms. Ives is responsible for external manager selection and due diligence for Chilton clients and is also a member of the Executive and Investment Committees at Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton, Ms. Ives was a Managing Director at Chilton Investment Company, where she was a research analyst covering the financial services sector. She also served on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Chilton, she worked at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Group, reporting directly to the CEO, and began her career at Chemical Bank in their Middle Market Lending Group. Ms. Ives graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in English Literature and earned an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Ives serves on the boards of The First National Bank of Long Island, the North Haven, ME Casino (Yacht Club), The Project Y Theatre Company, and on the Investment Committee of Vinalhaven, ME Land Trust.
Debra Crovicz is a municipal bonds specialist with over 25 years of fixed income investment management experience. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Crovicz worked closely with Mr. Horan at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where she was an Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Manager, overseeing the investment management of $3 billion in municipal assets. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Crovicz spent ten years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. as a Portfolio Manager focused on managing portfolios for ultra-high net worth and institutional accounts. Earlier in her career, she worked in fixed income at Republic National Bank of New York, Citibank Global Asset Management and U. S. Trust Co. of New York. Ms. Crovicz graduated from George Washington University with a B.B.A in International Marketing.
Gregg Manjerovic is a taxable bonds specialist with over 17 years of fixed income investment management experience. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Manjerovic was a Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Director at Public Financial Management Asset Management where he worked for 14 years. Mr. Manjerovic was responsible for management of over $9 Billion in separate account portfolios. He managed account strategies, according to specific client requirements, on a discretionary total return, bond proceeds, or cash management basis. He was a member of PFMAM’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee.
Prior to PFMAM, Mr. Manjerovic was Portfolio Manager and Trader for Northern Trust Global Investments. In this capacity he was directly responsible for managing $500 Million of intermediate and long-term investments. Mr. Manjerovic was further responsible for corporate trading for Mutual Fund, Pension, Foundation, and Endowment accounts. In addition, Mr. Manjerovic was responsible for fixed income portfolio strategy and trading for Northern Trust Wealth Management Investment portfolios.
Mr. Manjerovic received his MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois and a B.S. in Finance from University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Stephen Stowe oversees credit research at Chilton Trust Company, responsible for establishing the firm’s credit policies and managing the fundamental research framework. He has experience in both corporate and municipal debt markets, with exposure to both the investment grade and high yield asset classes. Prior to joining Chilton, Mr. Stowe was employed at Samson Capital Advisors and Eaton Vance Management. He started his career in 2001 with Moody’s Investors Service. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is also a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA). He received a Master’s of Public Policy from the Ford School at the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in English and History from The University of New Hampshire.
Ms. Genovesi is a member of the credit research team in support of corporate credit research. Prior to joining Chilton’s fixed income team, Ms. Genovesi was a credit analyst at Knights of Columbus for approximately five years where she worked on investment-grade corporate and municipal credit research across a number of sectors. She received a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University.
Prior to joining Chilton Investment Services, Mr. McKenna was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney on the Fixed Income Dealer Sales Desk where he ran the Municipal Bond Dealer Sales desk for MSSB retail and covered multiple broker dealers throughout the US. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. McKenna was at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President-Trader for the Global Wealth Management platform. He began his career as a municipal bond broker at Chapdelaine & Company.
Ms. Ridolfi is focused on U.S. taxable securities, municipal bonds, international sovereign bonds and foreign currencies for the Fixed Income Team. Ms. Ridolfi joined Chilton from Barclays, where she spent three years as an Analyst working in Structured Credit Portfolio Management, Fixed Income Rates Trading, and Product Control. Ms. Ridolfi is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance & Real Estate.
John R. Wamser is an Associate on the Manager Research Team. He most recently was an accountant for the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Wamser was a Senior Project Analyst at Norwalk Hospital Physicians & Surgeons. John graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Health Care Management and later returned to earn a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management. Mr. Wamser holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.
Eamon Marley is a member of the municipal credit research team in support of the firm’s tax-advantaged strategies. Prior to joining the fixed income research team, Mr. Marley was employed as an accountant by Chilton Trust. Prior to Chilton Trust, he interned at UBS Wealth Management in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Marley received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Elon University.
With over 25 years of wealth advisory experience, Mr. Hamar has extensive experience in all aspects wealth management and planning. Prior to joining Chilton, he was a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and co-chairman of Family Office Services at Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC. Prior to Heritage Financial Management, LLC’s merger with Silvercrest in 2005, Mr. Hamar was a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of the Family Office Tax Group at Heritage. Mr. Hamar previously founded and served as President of Hamar Capital, Limited, a tax and financial advisory firm, which merged with Heritage Financial Management in 2001. Mr. Hamar began his career with Price Waterhouse and Dewey Ballantine.
Mr. Hamar’s entire career has been focused on planning and wealth management for ultra high net worth individuals and their related entities. Mr. Hamar’s investment management related experience has included all aspects of traditional and alternative investment portfolio construction and supervision and related relationship management for ultra high net worth individuals, trusts and foundations. Mr. Hamar’s wealth advisory activities have included, in addition to co-chairing Silvercrest’s Family Office Services Group, all aspects of tax compliance and planning, financial and philanthropic planning and family office services, IRS audits and appeals and U.S. Tax Court and Federal District Court litigation. Mr. Hamar is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Old Dominion University. Mr. Hamar is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and is a CPA.
Ken is Managing Director of Wealth Advisory Services for Chilton Trust, working with UHNW Families, Family Offices and Foundations to implement the strategies necessary to achieve their legacy investment objectives. With over 25 years of experience in the investment management and wealth advisory industries, Ken has achieved significant success and experience through his roles as a senior client advisor and executive level industry leader, advising families and privately held companies.
Prior to joining Chilton, Ken was a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at U.S. Trust, where he managed family offices, ultra high net worth individuals and large private foundations. Ken also worked as a Senior Relationship Strategist at Hawthorn, PNC Bank’s multifamily office, where he was responsible for the execution of wealth and investment management strategies for large family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals throughout the Eastern US. Earlier in his career, Ken was the President and Chief Operating Officer of a large Toronto based family office, responsible for the management of the office’s North American portfolio operations and investment strategy and also directed teams at both ING Group and CIT group, leading diverse investment strategies and portfolio management for large, privately held businesses, family offices and ultra-high net worth clients.
Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from The Lerner School of Business at The University of Delaware and has completed advanced studies in the areas of finance and real estate investment. Ken also serves on the Board of The Lerner School of Business where he advises on the School’s strategic direction and student development.
Sara Bernard is a Senior Vice President & Co-Head of Client Advisory responsible for advising high net worth families, individuals, foundations and family offices. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Bernard worked in business development and sales at Trunk Club, a consumer retail start-up company based in Chicago. While in Chicago, she also worked at Jefferies & Company as an Equity Research Associate. Ms. Bernard began her career working in the Research department at Chilton Investment Company as an Equity Research Analyst. She received her B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. Ms. Bernard has also completed trust and estate courses at the Cannon Financial Institute.
Eriko Hashimoto is a Senior Vice President & Co-Head of Client Advisory at Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Hashimoto served as a Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust where she was responsible for advising high net worth families, individuals, foundations and family offices on all aspects of wealth management including investments, trusts, taxes, estate planning and philanthropy. Ms. Hashimoto received her B.A in International Studies from Middlebury College, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Global Business from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, The Langone Program. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She serves on the board of the Educational Video Center.
Mr. Carey has had over 25 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families throughout the US. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Carey spent over 20 years in London with Kidder, Peabody, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and opened Alex Brown’s London office. While in the UK he advised UK, Swiss, French and Middle Eastern clients on their investments in the US. Since returning to the US, Mr. Carey has worked in wealth management and investment advisory at T. Rowe Price, Bessemer Trust, and U.S. Trust, where he was responsible for engaging and working with many of the firm’s most substantial clients. Mr. Carey graduated from the University of North Carolina, where he received a BA in International Studies. He received his MBA in International Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Carey has served on the Board of Visitors and the Advisory Board of The Institute for the Arts and Humanities at the University of North Carolina. He also served on the Board and Executive Committee of Opera Carolina, as well as on the Founding Board of The First Tee of Charlotte. Currently, Brooks serves on the Mid-Am Committee of the United States Golf Association.
Mary M. Morse joined Chilton Trust in 2010 as an experienced business development and client relations professional. Previously, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at Barclays Wealth responsible for Business Development and Client Relationships. Prior to Barclays, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers and was responsible for business and client development in Florida for Lehman Brothers Private Investment Management and Lehman Brothers Trust Company. She also served on the Healthcare Advisory Committee to the Lehman Brothers Foundation. Before Lehman Brothers, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at U.S. Trust Company of Florida and Director of Marketing for ten years. She began her career at The National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., in the public relations department. Ms. Morse also worked at the Knoedler Gallery, as well as Sotheby’s and Christies in New York City, as Director of Museum Liaison and Special Events. She is a Trustee, Member of the Executive Committee, and Assistant Treasurer of The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach, a Founding Member of the Leadership Council for Women’s Mental Health at Massachusetts General Hospital and a former Trustee and now Fellow of The National Tropical Botanical Gardens in Hawaii.
Mark Ryan has over 20 years experience working with high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Ryan worked at Cary Street Partners, where he opened and managed the firm’s Charlotte office and co-managed its multi-family office practice. He has also worked at US Trust and Deutsche Bank in roles where he was responsible for serving families of substantial size and complexity. Mr. Ryan graduated from King College and St. John’s College, Cambridge University. He has served on the Board of Trustees at King College and chaired its Investment Committee. Currently, he serves on the US Growth and Development Board for St. John’s College, Cambridge. He also serves on the board for The Learning Collaborative, which provides tuition-free, high quality preschool education to children of at-risk families.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Tom was a Vice President at Evercore Wealth Management in New York. Additionally, Tom has ten years of Institutional Asset Management sales experience and held various roles in commercial banking earlier is his career.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Baudo served as Estate Administrator/Fiduciary officer at Bessemer Trust where she was responsible for handling complex estate administration and trust administration for the Florida region. Ms. Baudo began her career as a Certified Legal Assistant at Erik Edward Joh, P.A., a trust and estate law firm practice. Ms. Baudo has spent over fifteen years specializing in the administration of sophisticated estates and trusts. Ms. Baudo received her B.A. in finance and management from Florida Atlantic University.
Erin Markham is a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer with over 15 years experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Chilton Trust in 2017, Ms. Markham served as Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor for Comerica Bank & Trust, N.A.. Ms. Markham also served as a voting member of the national bank’s Discretionary Actions Committee. Prior to Comerica, Ms. Markham held similar fiduciary roles with Wilmington Trust Company and Wells Fargo. Ms. Markham received her B.A. in Finance from Wilmington University and completed Advanced Estate Planning courses through the American College of Financial Services.
Ms. Markham received her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™) from the Institute of Certified Bankers and is a Member of the American Banker’s Association and a Member of the Delaware Estate Planning Council.
Ms. Markham is an advocate of serving her community by volunteering with various organizations. She served on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies of Delaware, the local chapter of an international non-profit organization dedicated to building one-to-one friendships, leadership development and integrated job opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, from 2015 – 2018 and continues to serve as Chairperson of the Best Buddies annual Friendship Walk.
Lindsey Palma is a Vice President in Client Advisory. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Palma worked in private wealth management at Barclays, advising high net worth clients and institutions. Ms. Palma began her career working at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Client Account Manager. She received her B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University.
Nicholas K. Rafferty is a Vice President in Client Advisory at Chilton Trust. Before his role in Client Advisory, Mr. Rafferty worked for the Fixed Income Team at Chilton Trust investing in U.S. taxable securities, municipal bonds, international sovereign bonds and foreign currencies. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Rafferty worked at Morgan Stanley gaining extensive experience trading fixed income securities and currencies for customized, separately managed discretionary portfolios. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Rafferty worked at Butler Capital Corporation assisting in asset allocation and portfolio management for high net worth families, individuals, and foundations. He began his career as an equity analyst with Capital Counsel in New York. Mr. Rafferty received his B.A. in History from Trinity College. Mr. Rafferty serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County Foundation.
Mr. Wimmer has over fifteen years of experience working with institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals and families throughout the US. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Wimmer worked at American Century Investments working with clients on their investment portfolios, across varied asset classes. Before joining American Century, Mr. Wimmer worked on strategic growth oriented initiatives for PIMCO Investments. He started his career as a futures sales trader at Bear Stearns and Fimat, a business of Société Générale. Mr. Wimmer received a B.A. in History from Trinity College in Connecticut, where he was a member of the four-time national championship squash team.
Skye Payette, CPA is Vice President and Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining, Ms. Payette was a Controller at Buffington Capital Holdings, a real estate investment firm located in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was a Corporate Accounting Associate at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT. Ms. Payette received her B.S from the University of Rhode Island in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Blaire Meck was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Chilton Trust from 2007-2009 and rejoined in 2014 as the Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Meck gained experience in Human Resources roles at Aircastle Advisor LLC, Soros Fund Management LLC, and the compensation consulting firm McLagan Partners. Ms. Meck began her career in financial services with Smith Barney Capital Management after graduating from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration.
Peter Kim, JD serves as Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Chilton Trust and is also a member of the Compliance Committee and Risk Committee. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kim worked as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, specializing in private fund formation and leveraged finance. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Systems Science Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering. Mr. Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim served in the United States Army as a Captain in the military intelligence and infantry branches, where he provided chief tactical support to various infantry schools, including U.S. Army Sniper School. Mr. Kim successfully earned the U.S. Army Ranger, Pathfinder and Airborne qualifications during his time in service.
Josh Rosen is a Senior Vice President of Reporting, Performance Analytics and Administration. Mr. Rosen joins Chilton with over 22 years of Institutional and Wealth Management experience. Prior to joining Chilton, Mr. Rosen was the Custody Product Manager within the Asset & Wealth Management division at Deutsche Bank overseeing the safekeeping of $33 billion in assets. Mr. Rosen was responsible for all technology and reporting initiatives within the Custody product as well as growing and obtaining new business. Mr. Rosen spent significant amount of time working with high net worth individuals and family office clients on their reporting needs and aggregation of their assets. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Rosen worked as a performance analyst at U.S. Trust and as a fund accountant within the institutional division at Bankers Trust. Mr. Rosen received his BA in Business Administration from Bryant University and MBA in Finance/Taxation from Fordham University.
Mike joined Chilton in April 2012 and previously worked as a Fixed Income Operations Analyst at Ellington Management Group where he supported both the hedge funds and asset management accounts. Prior to Ellington, Mike worked at Citigroup Asset Management and Capobianco and Associates, LLC. Mike earned a BS in Finance from Siena College.
Matt joined Chilton in November 2015 and previously worked as a Operations Manager and Trader at BulwarkBay Investment Group LLC, a distressed debt hedge fund located in Boston, MA. Prior to BulwarkBay, Matt held positions at State Street Corp and RBS Greenwich Capital Markets. Matt earned a BS in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
Ms. Talbot is focused on portfolio analytics and performance reporting for equity and fixed income investment strategies managed within Chilton. Ms. Talbot joined Chilton from Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she worked in External Audit specializing in the Financial Services industry. Ms. Talbot is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Finance and Masters in Accounting from Tulane University.
Michaela Memeger is a Vice President and Assistant Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Most recently, Ms. Memeger worked as a Special Assistant to the Chairman of QFS Asset Management. Prior to her role at QFS, Ms. Memeger held accounting and finance positions at D.E. Shaw & Co., Pioneer Square Advisors and Quellos Financial Advisors. Ms. Memeger earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Mr. Davidson is a Tax Manager in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davidson was a Tax Manager at Aprio, LLP, an Atlanta based CPA firm, where he advised clients on their multi-generational income and estate tax issues specializing in complicated fiduciary income tax issues. Mr. Davidson earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. Mr. Davidson is an Enrolled Agent.
Bayard Kuensell is an Associate in Client Advisory. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kuensell gained experience in the alternative investment sector through his summer position at Protocol Capital Management. Mr. Kuensell graduated from Dartmouth College where he received a BA in Economics.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Rhodes gained experience at Kirkland & Ellis, LLC as a Corporate Case Assistant Intern. She received her BA in Political Science, Entrepreneurship, and Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and also completed a variety of business courses at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Robinson gained experience at AmWins Group, Inc. as a Finance Intern. He received his BA in Linguistics while completing the Philosophy, Politics, and Economics program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a graduate of the Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Before joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Zinn gained experience as a Financial Associate at Ober Fine Art, LLC. Prior to Ober Fine Art, Mr. Zinn worked in the non-profit sector by serving as an Assistant Director of Development for the First Tee. Mr. Zinn began his career by completing an Internship at The Breakers Palm Beach. He graduated from Elon University where he received his B.A. in Entrepreneurship.
Sean Hallisey, CPA is a Tax Manager in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hallisey was a Tax Associate at Andersen Tax LLC where he began his career specializing in ultra high net worth individual and alternative investment taxation services. Mr. Hallisey earned his B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Hallisey is a Certified Public Accountant.
Iryna Armstrong is a Tax Senior Associate in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Armstrong was a Senior Tax Associate at Perelson Weiner LLP with experience in taxation of high net worth individuals and their families, trusts, estates and private foundations. She is a graduate of Baruch College with a B.B.A degree in Finance. Ms. Armstrong is a member of the AICPA, and is fluent in Russian.
Daniel Hopkins is a Tax Associate in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hopkins was a Tax Associate at Andersen Tax LLC where he specialized in ultra-high net worth individuals and alternative investment taxation services. Mr. Hopkins graduated from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT where he earned his B.S. in Accounting.
Peter Pinque is an Accountant in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Pinque served as the Finance and Accounting Coordinator Intern at Catalyst, Inc. in Rochester, NY, and as an Accounts Payable Intern with SeaCube Containers LLC, in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Mr. Pinque graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY as a member of the Honors Program, and received his B.S. in Finance, coupled with a minor in Accounting.
