Lindsey Palma is Senior Vice President and Head of Client Advisory. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Palma worked in private wealth management at Barclays, advising high net worth clients and institutions. Ms. Palma began her career working at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Client Account Manager. She received her B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University.

Skye Payette is a Senior Vice President- Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining, Ms. Payette was a Controller at Buffington Capital Holdings, a real estate investment firm located in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was a Corporate Accounting Associate at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT. Ms. Payette received her B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter Kim is Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kim worked as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, specializing in private fund formation and leveraged finance. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Systems Science Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering. Mr. Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim served in the United States Army as a Captain in the military intelligence and infantry branches, where he provided chief tactical support to various infantry schools, including U.S. Army Sniper School. Mr. Kim successfully earned the U.S. Army Ranger, Pathfinder and Airborne qualifications during his time in service.
